Arrange all communication on AST and organise electronic signature via DocuSign
Book in pre-tenancy works such as Gas Safety check, EICR, Inventory
Collection of initial monies – first month’s rent and security deposit
Agree key collection date, arrange inventory / check in
Send welcome emails to tenant and landlord details point of contacts, etc
